  • We may recommend and integrate third-party tools, but we are not responsible for their ongoing functionality or any changes to their terms of service that may affect the workflow.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our collaboration, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete information relevant to the project.
  • Maintain active subscriptions for any third-party services or apps that are essential for your workflows, including Zapier, HubSpot, and others.
  • Provide temporary access to your software accounts when necessary for integrations. We recommend using secure methods such as temporary passwords or restricted access tokens.

You are also responsible for monitoring the ongoing performance of your automations. If issues arise, our support team will assist in troubleshooting as part of our agreed-upon support plan.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are provided on a project or subscription basis, as agreed upon in the proposal or contract with AUTO CRM HELP.
  • Payment schedules, including upfront payments, ongoing fees, or milestone-based billing, will be outlined in your agreement.
  • Late payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding fees are cleared.

We process payments securely and do not store your payment information on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Many of the workflows and automations we implement rely on third-party services, such as Zapier, HubSpot, Google Apps, and others. You agree to the following:

  • AUTO CRM HELP is not responsible for the data handling practices or policies of these third-party services.
  • Any disruptions, outages, or changes in functionality from these external platforms may impact your workflows, and AUTO CRM HELP will not be liable for such incidents.

We recommend that you review the privacy policies and terms of these third-party platforms for a better understanding of how they handle your data.

6. Service Modifications and Updates

We continuously update and improve our services to better meet your needs. However, we reserve the right to:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.
