You are also responsible for monitoring the ongoing performance of your automations. If issues arise, our support team will assist in troubleshooting as part of our agreed-upon support plan.
4. Payment Terms

- Payment schedules, including upfront payments, ongoing fees, or milestone-based billing, will be outlined in your agreement.
- Late payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding fees are cleared.
